A hunger to learn and an enthusiasm to apply new skills are characteristics shared across every member of our team. We instil a positive customer focus, encouraging two way communications, which are important to developing a strong customer service culture across the business. We seek people who demonstrate a responsive approach and are supportive in nature, who are flexible and easy to work with, understanding the priorities and challenges others face.
Our technical team has 160 years of analytical experience and 250 years of synthetic experience between them. Combined with this experience each member of the team demonstrates exemplary professionalism and works with integrity at all times. In this way do we continue to build on the notable reputation we are already known for.
The management and progress of its people is of paramount importance to EPP. Accordingly both our day to day HR processes and approaches to staff training are sector leading. Engagement with the wider educational community allows us to give something back and allows budding scientists to understand what a career in the sector would be like. To facilitate the personal development and engagement of our staff in wider aspects of the business we have launched the Development Team, an initiative designed to harness the enthusiasm and talent of our staff.
