EPP applies the science of team development
EPP’s approach to skills, recruitment, retention and team development have caught the attention of Scottish Enterprise, resulting in a detailed case study on developing a team, culture and processes to sustain business growth.
Our planned phase of expansion over the last 18 months required the right foundations to enable this growth including redesigning systems and structures, strengthening the management team and their business skills and embedding fundamental HR policies. At the heart of this was a focus on identifying and developing talent to maximise existing skills and strengthen the team.
A key strand of this talent development was the creation of a Development team, to give new and established talent a powerful incentive to stay at EPP, and to give prospective employees a compelling case to join us.
