EPP Ltd manufactures Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and advanced intermediates for use in commercial, clinical and pre-clinical applications.
Our production facility supports the synthesis of fine chemicals from gram to multi-kilo scale under the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
EPP Ltd can also conduct process development to enable our clients to overcome the technical challenges of progressing lab scale pilot projects to full scale commercial production.
Starting from first principles or discovery lab. information, the process research, development and optimisation of manufacturing processes, trial scale (GMP) manufacture and technology transfer for APIs, intermediates and other fine organic chemicals can all be contracted to EPP Ltd.
EPP Ltd has the capabilities to undertake API manufacture on a multi-kilo scale. Our dedicated manufacturing lab with large scale plant equipment and experienced process chemists allows us to synthesise high purity API's for use in the formulation of pharmaceutical products.
EPP Ltd can also arrange provisional costing, raw material sourcing and full technology transfer to enable a developed process to be translated to production scale, at a selected cGMP toll manufacturer, with active pharmaceutical product produced to a drug master file (DMF).
