Lab Space for Rent within Midlothian Science Zone (MSZ)
Within our Environmental Centre, we have 2 versatile lab spaces available for rent within the vibrant Midlothian Science Zone (MSZ), Bush Estate, Midlothian.
There is on site parking and excellent LRT bus links, and cycle lanes nearby.
Lab Equipment
Each lab is equipped with:
- Air distribution piping
- Water supplied via Borehole (Scottish Water standard and analysed annually)
- Photoperiodic (adjustable) system
- 22 Power Outlets
- Workstop Drainage System
- 2 sinks
- Flametame Cabinet (optional)
- Storage drawers/cupboard (optional)
- Sanyo Incubator/Fridge/Freezer (optional)

Each lab is:

= 221 square feet.
