EPP joins Scottish NMR User Group to promote expertise in Scotland
EPP has joined the Scottish NMR User Group (SNUG), an alliance of Scottish NMR groups, to promote and help achieve the group’s aim of co-operation and collaboration across all NMR users and to ensure we stay at the forefront of advancements in NMR technology and it’s application across our work.
Here at EPP we are different from other Contact Research Organisations as we have our own in-house GLP compliant NMR facility. As a result we can offer a stand alone NMR service to clients in addition to supporting our other EPP services.
Lorna Kennedy, Research & Development Manager at EPP, confirms: “We anticipate that collaborating with colleagues from the other SNUG member organisations will bring mutual benefits, allowing our team to continue to keep abreast of the latest thinking in NMR and for us to co-operate to provide GLP expertise and services.”
Scottish NMR User Group
SNUG is an alliance of Scottish NMR groups from the universities of Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Dundee, Heriot-Watt, Glasgow, St Andrews, Strathclyde, the Beatson Institute for Cancer Research and EPP Ltd.
SNUG aims to bring together NMR expertise and facilities to promote the use of NMR in Scottish universities, industries, high schools and government bodies; and to help to maintain well equipped NMR labs to secure a strong future for NMR based research, teaching and public outreach in Scotland.
